What to expect
Treatment begins with an initial visit. Chelsea and the patient thoroughly review your health history which includes, injuries, surgeries, accidents, medical diagnosis, your chief complaints, and health goals. Chelsea will then do visual testing, motion testing and further assessment. She can assess and treat in all positions; if you are unable to be in certain positions that is ok. After assessment, she will treat you, then reassess to see how it effected the other areas of her previous findings. This is an ongoing process for the time allotted.

It is recommended to seek treatment when preparing to get pregnant. In the first trimester, the mother’s body is preparing to house the baby, we do not give treatment during this time. Safe treatments can be given in the second and third trimesters. It is important to receive treatment post-partum to make sure the pelvis or any other anatomy comes back together properly.

Usually yes. If body ailments have been present for long periods of time It can take longer for the body to self-heal and self-regulate. If the body is acute less treatments may be needed. In your first treatment, the practitioner will make a health plan and inform the patient what is needed for the body to overcome the health complaint(s). This may be between 1-7 treatments. However, if you've had a back problem for 20 years there may be phases (1-4 treatments) multiple times with a 2 week break in-between. Our goal is for you to be back to health as fast as possible.
